The mission of Human Resources function is to improve employment opportunity, advancement opportunity, employee relations, and employee performance through better communications, cultivation of a diverse workforce and through the development and implementation of pro-active policies, procedures, programs, and training.
The Human Resources Administrator provides a full range of services that include recruitment and selection, competitive pay and benefits, wellness initiatives, training, employee relations, and organizational development in order to recruit and retain dedicated professional staff in which to provide quality support services to the City and the public we serve.
