Notice of Public Hearing – November 12, 2018

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE CITY OF DAHLONEGA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2018 AT 6:00 P.M. FOR ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS AND VARIANCE APPLICATIONS FILED WITH THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.

1. Public Hearing for Bobby Richardson. – A request for annexation and zoning district
   classification located at Morrison Moore Parkway East Dahlonega, Georgia, Parcel
   Number 077-065, Land Lot and District 1058/12 – proposed zoning district R-3.
2. Public Hearing for City of Dahlonega – A request to change the text of the zoning
   ordinance to include a change to sections 1504, 1604, 1704 and 8-78.
3. Public Hearing for City of Dahlonega – A request to change the text of the zoning
   ordinance to include a change to section 2611.
4. Public Hearing for the City of Dahlonega – A request to change the text of the zoning
   ordinance to delete Section 2618 of the zoning code and keep it in reserve.
5. Public Hearing for City of Dahlonega – A request to change and alter the text of the
   zoning ordinance Section 402 and 403

THE MEETING WILL BE HELD IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS LOCATED AT 465 RILEY ROAD. APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED ARE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW AT THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICE.
