PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE CITY OF DAHLONEGA HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND WORK SESSION ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2018 AT 5:30 P.M. AND THE WORK SESSION AT 6:00 P.M. FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS (COA) REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS FILED WITH THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.
PUBLIC HEARING
- Public Hearing for the Smith House INC. and Freddy Welch – Certificate of
Appropriateness for the change in design drawings of the approve expansion to the Smith
House. The building will be located at 84 South Chestatee Street Dahlonega, Georgia,
Parcel # D11-100.
WORK SESSION
- Review of the alterations and additions to the front of the building. The Historic building
is located at 51 West Main Street Dahlonega, Georgia, Parcel # D11-105.
THE MEETING WILL BE HELD IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS LOCATED AT 465 RILEY ROAD. APPLICATION SUBMITTED ARE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW AT THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICE.
